World Wide Group was proud to have its team participate in the PIFFA (Pakistan International Freight Forwarders Association) Multi-Modal Logistics Workshop 2026, centred on the theme: “The Transformative Role of Artificial Intelligence in Shaping the Future of Freight Forwarding.”
It was the right conversation at exactly the right time.
Logistics, at its core, has always been about precision — getting the right goods to the right place at the right time, through corridors that are rarely predictable and never forgiving of error. What AI introduces into that equation is not replacement, but augmentation. Smarter route optimisation. Predictive customs clearance. Real-time cargo tracking with anomaly detection. For Pakistan’s freight forwarding sector — which sits at the intersection of some of the world’s most important trade corridors — the adoption of AI is not a luxury. It is a competitive necessity.
